Welcome to SPPS Online!
I am Maki Love, one of the school counselors at our online school. I help meet the social/emotional, academic, and college/career needs of all students through classroom lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling. I love helping students find their strengths in order to be successful!
This year, I wil be working with all students in grades Kindergarten - 5th grade. Please reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. I respond to text, phone call, email, and Clever. I love connecting with my students and families!
In my free time, I enjoy camping, spending time at the cabin, reading, walking my dog (Noodle), playing with my cat (Black Kitty), and baking.
Quarter 1 Classroom Counseling Lessons
Ms. Love visits each classroom a few times a month. During the 1st quarter classroom counseling lessons, students will learn some skills to be successful in school (academic skills, calming strategies, and celebrating our uniqueness)!
