Hello! My name is Monika Dodd. I’m very excited to be a part of the SPPS Online School team this year! I started my Social Work profession in 2016, working in the Minneapolis School district. I’ve worked with kindergarten through 12th-grade students most of my career. I love working with students and providing helpful resources for families. I'm passionate about building relationships with all of our students and families.

I started working for Saint Paul Public Schools in 2019. I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker by the Minnesota Board of Social Work and a Licensed School Social Worker by the Minnesota Department of Education. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Memphis and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. I was a proud student of Saint Paul Public Schools. I attended schools in the SPPS district from kindergarten through 9th grade.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. Most of my time is spent chasing after my kids and enjoying the comical moments of my family. I love traveling, church, and family game nights.
