Shaw Wiczek

Hello! My name is Shaw Wiczek and I am the Online Physical Education teacher for both the Middle School and Elementary School! I also teach Health for the Middle School level. This will be my second year teaching with the Online Schools, and it is my 7th year teaching in Saint Paul Public Schools. I have also taught at Battle Creek Middle School, and Hidden River.

We will be moving a lot in our classes this year! With the online setting, it is especially important that we are getting physical activity in our day. The hope with Health & Physical Education is to give the students the skills, knowledge, and confidence to live a healthy lifestyle, and physical activities that they can enjoy throughout their lifetime. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing different sports, watching sports, hiking, fishing, and traveling! My favorite sport to watch and play is hockey. I also enjoy playing pickleball, tennis, football, and volleyball. Go Wild, Vikings, and Timberwolves!
