Hello! I'm Mr. Gettle, and I am so excited to explore the natural world with you this year. I have been teaching science and outdoor education for nearly 15 years, but have been enjoying the online teaching experience for about 3. Outside of school, I enjoy being outside, especially here in the beautiful surroundings of Duluth, MN, where I live. Additionally, I like to take my daughters out in our canoe or on the trail and let their curiosity go nuts. I'm excited to guide you through a year of discovery and learning in our science courses!
Middle School can be a challenging time, but it can also be such a rewarding time. Know that I am here to help you along the way. We got this!
