Staff Profile

Hi, I’m Monika Dodd, School Social Worker at Online High School. I’ve been part of Saint Paul Public Schools since 2019 and joined the Online High School team in 2021. I support our 9–12th grade students through counseling, attendance support, and connecting families with helpful community resources. My favorite part of this role is building relationships with students and helping them feel supported. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two beautiful girls, and I love traveling to new places and spending time outdoors. Fun fact: My favorite part of the school year is cheering students on at graduation!
